At Epitome, we refuse to settle for less than the best quality product. That’s why our facility meets ISO 9001 standards, in addition to meeting all the UL/BIS safety requirements. Furthermore, every product that we manufacture is completely electrically tested and visually inspected by personnel who are trained and certified in the most current standards.

Design
Development
A production drawing is developed based on the designs received from the client. This is further used to prepare the production flow plan and bill of material.
Prototyping
Prototyping enables an engineer to get their hands on a real-life version of their final product. This is then tested in its intended application before proceeding for production.
Produce
Fabrication
The wires are cut to the exact length which is followed by stripping and crimping. The next step requires the attachment of terminals and connector housings.
Quality
Quality control is paramount at Epitome. At each critical step in the manufacturing process, assemblers perform quality control checks on the procedures they perform.
Assembly
At this stage, the prepared wires are gathered together and constructed into the harness utilizing a workbench or assembly board to meet the exact design specification.
Testing
An extensive post-production testing is performed for every product. It involves everything from visual inspection to an array of assessments using digital testing tools.
Finish
Packaging
Packaging is the last step in the manufacturing process. High quality boxes and bags are used to ensure that the products are not damaged in transportation.
Dispatch
Finally the goods are ready for dispatch. Safe and reliable transportation partners are engaged for the goods to be delivered to our customers.
